A dramatic retelling of the first time I ever encountered a Tonberry:
“Awww look at that cute little thing with his knife and lantern. I almost feel bad that I have to kill him…… first round and he didn’t attack, he just moved closer?…. Why does he keep on moving closer?…. IT’S THE 5TH ROUND! WHY WON”T HE DIE??… he’s right up on us is he going to attack?– OH GOD HE ATTACKED FOR 9999 DAMAGE! TIFA’S DEAD! OH GOD!!! KILL HIM!!! KILL HI– ACK!”
I did not survive the encounter.
