Inktober Day 21: Mei Hatsume
Week 3 concludes with the brilliant student from the Department of Support Class 1-H Mei Hatsume! She reminds me a bit of my character Gear from Shadows of Oblivion, which is probably why I like her. Though Gear doesn’t have awesome rocket shoes….yet….
