So I had spent some time to re-vamp and re-organize my Portfolio page on my website.
Before I had it organized by sequential art, illustrations and sketches. And thats fine, But I’ve done so much art in general everything started to get cluttered.
So I broke it down, into 8 galleries (i know 8, can you believe it?) It looks like this:

5 of them are different publishers I’ve done work for, and examples of the work I did. This is important because not every publisher has been strictly sequential art. Some of them have been spot illustrations, some have been combinations. So I wanted to show examples of what different publishers have asked from me.
The other 3 galleries are for Illustrations, sketches, and my personal favorite, the cover sketches. People who’ve bought the special edition of my comic get a sketch drawn on their cover and I’ve sold well over 100 of these already, so I figured they deserve their own gallery.
My favorite part of the new portfolio is that it uses HTML5. So you can look at it on your iphone and ipad! Which has always bugged me ’cause I’ve always want to show people my site, but it just never translated well to my iphone. So now when you’re bored you can look at my art and enjoy it on the go!
So go take a look, the website is: http://shawnmccauley.com/html/portfolio.html
Enjoy! Now I have to finish packing for my long road trip. But don’t worry I’ll be posting sketches while I’m gone to entertain you!
